Eutimio is one of the most prestigious restaurants in the whole regional gastronomic scene. The good techniques, humbleness and sacrifice of a family, led by Eutimio Busta and Aida Rosales, who 30 years ago started this project, has resulted in a well known restaurant with national prestige, as reflected in all the awards they have received.
In 2005, Conservas Eutimio was born. Its mission was clear:taking all the best products and dishes from their stoves to each of their clients homes. In addition to traditional preserves from Asturias, this new business is dedicated to patés and pre-cooked dishes. Their distinctive mark is their concern for each one of the ingredients used in their products and the respect for the traditional cooking methods.
In addition to traditional shellfish and scorpion fish patés, Eutimio elaborates amazing combinations of tastes and textures, though always using traditional ingredients from Asturias (red mullet, mushrooms, sea urchin paté, mussels, etc).
